Watch out, better still stand by your beds.....,

  1. That's quite remarkable that you should post that picture, as we actually had that happen to us! Some PBCC people came to our house and reported back to their 'priests' what they had found under our bed. You couldn't make it up, could you?! And that's when we were still members ourselves.

The paranoia is evidently even worse now, with members being searched by PBCC employed security staff before entering their churches. Just what are they trying to conceal? And what are they so scared of?

    1. Perhaps they are scared of mobile phones with audio and video recorders built in. If non-Brethren were shown how much rubbish is ministered in EB meetings and how the leaders exercise total control over the underlings, it would be embarrassing. For the same reason, North Korea imposes strict limits on journalists with recording equipment.

  2. Why wouldn't a true Christian want to record the words of holy men? Something to go back to for reference, something to play to impress unbelievers.

Didn't Jesus say ' Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.'?

It's simply an admission that what is spoken about behind the armoured gates and fences is NOT the gospel. If it was the gospel, there would be no need to have a plan B type meeting when members of the public are present. Maybe we have to almost force entrance into PBCC 'gospel halls' just to ensure the gospel is maintained? Fawning and whimpering over Bruce Hales is NOT the gospel either.
