Parental alienation-an old and fabulously well used trick in the Hales exclusive brethren repertoire

Numerous ex-HEB/PBCC members have struggled to have a normal relationship with their own children due to the ludicrous rules of separation and the brethren's habitual overriding of Court orders relating to access.

Not sure if the mother here is a fully paid up member of the PBCC but the debacle bears remarkable parity with the way the brethren have acted in so very many cases.

Charitable and for public benefit? One thinks NOT.

  1. In the Queen’s Speech at the opening of Parliament in 2012 there was legislation promised to ensure that in the event of a marital split, both parents would normally have the right to play a part in the upbringing of the children.

Tim Loughton, the Children’s Minister, said a consultation would begin “shortly”. “We need to clarify and restore public confidence that the courts properly recognise the joint nature of parenting,” he said. “We intend to legislate to stress the importance of children having an ongoing relationship with both their parents after separation, where that is safe and in the child's best interests.”
